1. Is it possible to place a single order across multiple access codes?

Yes! You can enter multiple access codes in at the same time on our main log in screen. This will allow you to see all your photos together and combine them into one order.

If you have already logged in to one code and would like to add another, simply scroll down to the bottom of the overview page and you will find a space to add an additional code.

 

2. I’ve lost my access code; can I still order?

Absolutely. We can retrieve it for you.

Drop us a message or email with the following:

·         Your email address

·         Your child/children's school

·         Their classes

·         Their names

Then someone will get back to you with your access code.

 

3. How long will my order take to arrive? 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 10 working days via Royal Mail.

If you school allows the option to select school delivery** and you place your order before the batch shipping deadline, your order will be included in the school’s bulk delivery and will be sent to the school within 10 working days after the deadline. This is a great option if you’d prefer to save on postage and have your order sent directly to your child’s school. 

** please note not all schools offer this option

 

4. I haven’t received my order

If it’s been more than 10 days since you received your dispatch email and your order hasn’t arrived yet, please don’t worry - just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help track it down for you.

 

5.  Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account".
